Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hour

What You'll Do

  • Be the Foundation: Contribute to golf course construction - greens, bunkers, tees, drainage, cart paths, ponds, and more.

  • Work with the Tools of the Trade: Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.

  • Move Materials: Load, transport, and place soil, sod, and stone - keeping the site organized and efficient.

  • Keep it Safe: Follow health and safety protocols, wear PPE, and help ensure everyone goes home safe.

  • Always Improve: Look for smarter, safer, and better ways to work - continuous improvement is the FlightLine way.

  • Learn & Grow: Work alongside Site Advisors and Lead Hands, learning from experienced mentors who want to see you succeed.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in landscaping construction (1+ years preferred).

  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset.

  • Safety-conscious approach to everything you do.

  • Hands-on skills with tools, small engines, or heavy machinery.

  • Physically able to handle outdoor, hands-on work in all conditions.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
