Salary: $60,000-$70,000 based on your experience and skill set

As a Lead Hand, you're the Site Advisor's right hand - the person they trust to help lead the crew, keep things moving, and step up when the pressure's on. You're steady, reliable, and proven. Together, you and your Site Advisor form a leadership team the crew looks to for guidance, confidence, and direction. When the job gets tough, you're the rock. When the teams wins, you're part of the celebration.

This isn't about "supervision". It's about coaching, collaborating, and leading by example so the crew feels supported, engaged, and ready to deliver their best work every day.

What You'll Do

  • Be the Right Hand: Support your Site Advisor in leading the crew, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.

  • Lead by Example: Show up ready, work hard, and set the standard for professionalism and pride in the work.

  • Coach and Guide: Share your experience, train less-experienced crew members, and build the team's skills.

  • Keep it Sharp: Support site organization, safety protocols, and quality standards so every detail is dialed in.

  • Jump In: Operate equipment, handle tasks, and step up wherever the crew needs you most.

  • Stay Aligned: Build trust and communication with your Site Advisor so the two of you move as one leadership team.

  • Always Improve: Look for ways to work smarter, safer, and better every day - because continuous improvement is the FlightLine way.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Lead Hand or senior crew member in construction or golf course building.

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and consistent - someone others can count on.

  • Hands-on equipment skills and the ability to lead others in safe, effective way.

  • Commitment to safety and professionalism in all conditions.

  • Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
