Salary - Junior Site Advisor: $70,000-$85,000
Salary - Senior Site Advisor: $85,000-$100,000
Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Site Advisor, you're more than a supervisor. At FlightLine, leadership is about coaching, training, and collaborating with your crew so everyone grows and succeeds together. You'll be right there in the field - guiding, mentoring, problem-solving, and being part of the team that gets it done.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Mentor: Build high-performing crews that take pride in their work and in each other.

  • Run the Show: Plan, adapt, and deliver projects with precision, even when the conditions aren't perfect.

  • Get Technical: Bring construction plans to life - grading, drainage, bunkers, greens, tees, and more.

  • Champion Safety & Quality: Keep your crew safe, your site sharp, and your standards sky-high.

  • Be the Connector: Communicate with clients, vendors, and FlightLine leadership to keep projects on time and on budget.

  • Own the Gear: Manage equipment and materials like a pro, minimizing waste and downtime.

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced knowledge of golf course construction (grading, drainage, bunker, greens, tees, cart paths, etc.)

  • Proven leadership chops - coaching, accountability, problem-solving

  • Strong commitment to safety (OSHA, first aid/CPR, hazard awareness)

  • Equipment know-how - instruct crews with confidence, set realistic timelines, and guarantee safe, precise execution

  • Clear communicator with a professional presence

  • Self motivated, reliable, and ready to roll in all weather conditions

  • Valid driver's licence with a clean abstract
